Sovereign Freedom Outpost (“SFO”) is a human-led, non-commercial, privacy-first educational project. We do not track you, profile you, advertise to you, or collect unnecessary data.
This policy explains what information we do and do not collect, how it is used, and your rights under UK GDPR.
SFO does not set any cookies and does not use analytics, advertising scripts, pixels, behavioural tracking, or third-party embeds.
You can access all guides, templates and information on this site without providing any personal information. We do not log identifiable information about your visit. Our hosting provider (1984 Hosting, Iceland) may collect standard server logs for security purposes only.
If you choose to upload redacted documents via our Secure Transparency Submission Portal, files are stored on our own private Nextcloud instance hosted by 1984 Hosting. No documents are shared with third parties and no automated processing is performed on them. Uploading is optional and entirely voluntary.
If you choose to contact us by email, we will receive your email address and the message you send. This information is used only to reply to you. We do not use email addresses for marketing or analysis.
SFO does not sell, rent, trade or share personal data with any organisation or individual.

Because SFO processes minimal data and does not maintain user accounts, most rights are satisfied by the fact that we do not store browsing data.
SFO is hosted by 1984 Hosting in Iceland (1984.is), protected by IMMI free-expression and privacy frameworks. (en.immi.is/) ( We use HTTPS encryption, server-side security hardening, and zero third-party scripts.
If we change how SFO operates, we will update this policy and note the date above.
